1. Why was the price changed from $10 to $15?

•  Before we started this DVD Project, we didn't know the total duration of the programs and we were unaware of the amount of video you can fit on 1 single DVD. So, $10 for 1 DVD was a good price but... Then we had to extend it to 2 DVD's, then we started having some problems as to how many DVD's we will need in order to finish the DVD. Then 3 was the last DVD to be added and this is why we raised the price from $10 to $15.

2. Why is the quality different in each of the 3 DVD's?

• The quality is different in each of the 3 DVD's because of the types of tapes we used which we had borrowed from others who had recorded the programs. In the Children's Programs, Hi8 tapes were used. In the 1st Disc of the Adult's Programs, Mini DV tapes were used. In the 2nd Disc of the Adult's Programs, 8mm tapes were used. We aren't responsible for the quality of the DVD because the tapes used aren't ours.

3. How do I purchase the 30th Anniversary DVD?

• In order to purchase the 30th Anniversary DVD, go to Buying the DVD and follow the directions from there.

PROBLEMS WITH DVD...

1. If the DVD is slow reading or the picture is not appearing on your TV...

• Re-insert the disc or make sure your cables are inserted in the proper positions and that they are inserted firmly. Also if you have a home theater system, make sure all your hardware is configured and wired properly.

2. If any other problems occur...

• Go to Contact Us and explain the problem briefly and we will try to figure out the problem. If the problem still occurs after the fix, then we will offer you a replacement for the damaged one.
